Whole Wheat Breads and Dough:
Since the beginning of 2007 we have been using whole wheat and multi grain buns for all of our sandwiches at both the secondary and elementary levels. A recent article at MSNBC.com http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/17803437/ has new information on how to make pizza healthy!! Great news for both students and parents and even better news for us here in food service as we started this in January 2007!
Don't forget that March 30th is a half a day of school so we will only be providing breakfast for the students at all levels. We hope you all have a safe and happy spring break. For those of us staying at home we are 'knocking on wood' that the weather stays warm and sunny!
